We choose 'Ayam Masak Kicap Purnama' because its synonym with the moon in the dark. Still shining from the wide sky. The chicken is like the moon itself. Shining before cook, tasty after done. Purnama means full moon invite more dangerous. Soy sauce resemble the darkness but giving us the sweetness of the taste itself. Looks creepy because its black and dark but in a fine day the dish is the most wanted from the malay food lover. Shining plus sweetness? What can we denied more?
