Ayam Masak Merah Semerah Hatimu

We called this dishes as "Ayam Masak Merah Semerah Hatimu" based on the colour of the dish itself that look like a liver. For our dearest customer information, we're using the special recipe to present our main dish. We want to make sure you all always fascinated with our "Ayam Masak Merah Semerah Hatimu".

Step 1: Put on your apron!

Step 2: Prepare the ingredients!


Ingredients:

  1. Chicken ( 5 slices of thigh) but you can choose which part you like the most.

  2. Turmeric

  3. Garlic ( 6 cloves thinly sliced)

  4. 3 tablespoons chili sauce

  5. 4 large onions (cut into rings)

  6. 2 inches of ginger (blended with grinded chili)

  7. Grinded chili

  8. Parsley

  9. 2 tablespoons oyster sauce

  10. 1 bowl of tamarind water

  11. Salt

Step by step:


1. Wash the chicken, then mix with turmeric and a pinch of salt.

2. Heat the oil. Fry half-cooked chicken then lift and set aside.

3. Stir fry grinded chili until oil separates.

4. Add tamarind juice followed by fried chicken.

5. Add chili sauce, oyster sauce then add a little water if the sambal gravy is too dry. Let it cook for 5-10 minutes.

6. Add flavorings little by little to suit your taste.

7. Add the onion and stir for a moment.

8. Lift up the dishes and add parsley as topping then serve.
