Why we choose this cuisine because all you need is love but a little tempoyak makes you fall in love forever. With the fragrance of the original tempoyak smell from the real durian fruit, it will definitely attract the senses and attention of many in preparing this dish. Furthermore, "Patin Tempoyak" is very famous in the state of Pahang and durian is aking of food. Walla !

Ingredients
1. 1 medium size catfish
2. 2 tablespoons tempoyak
3. 4 cups of water - quite a bit to keep the gravy thick
4. sambal belacan- spicy is preferred
5. 1 inch of live turmeric
6. A bunch of kesum leaves
7. A little salt
How to prepare ?
Put water in the pot and wait for it to boil.
After the water boils, slow down the heat and insert the tempoyak. Stir gently. Then, add sambal belacan and stir. Wait for it to boil.
Put the fish and all the ingredients into the pot. Cook over low heat until simmering and bubbling.
After bubbling, add the kesum leaves. Cook for 2-3 minutes only and turn off the heat.
Note;
- If the tempoyak is less sour, you can add a little sour pieces.
- Wash the fish with wheat flour to remove the fishy smell of river fish.
